It is imperative that when the courier arrives with your order that you check the goods before signing for the delivery.
Currently, our courier does not provide customers with an option for delivery not checked, therefore if the courier refuses to wait until you check your order fully, then mark the consignment as damaged and thoroughly check the products within 24 hours. If you sign order checked when you receive your order and subsequently notice that there are damaged items then you may have to pay for replacement products.
Please do not wait until installation before checking your order. If you do not contact us to report damages within 24 hours of receiving your order then you may have to pay for replacement panels to be sent out.
If you encounter any damages to your order, please get in touch with us asap with your order details and photos of the damaged goods, its batch number and manufactured date so that we can organise replacements of the same batch.
In-store Sales
Always ensure that your order is in a good and saleable condition before leaving one of our stores.
Click & Collect order customers will be asked to check their order for damage. Any damage to the order thereafter is not our responsibility, but we will try to resolve any issue that you have as best as we can.
