Retail Warehouse Staff Member

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our retail warehouse team. The ideal candidate should have a background in the building trade and prior experience in a retail warehouse setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our store.

Location:
Wet Wall Panel Supertore Reading - Unit 1b Stadium Way, Reading RG30 6BX

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and organising the warehouse inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service to our retail customers.
• Use your knowledge of building trade products to assist customers in finding the right materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a retail warehouse or building trade environment.
• Knowledge of building trade products, materials, and tools.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, with a 5-day workweek, which may include weekends, as our store operates 7 days a week.

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is £25,000 per annum, with the potential for a bonus based on performance.
